About Me

Personal

I reside in the country, living between Dunlap and Princeville with my 16 year old son Troy.  I have three older boys, Robert 24, Jeffrey 29 and Shad 33.  I also have two beautiful grandkids, Summer and Austin.  I am a member of the Peoria Area Association of Realtors and the 3 Steps Real Estate Marketing Group.  I enjoy fishing, playing guitar, gardening and my favorite spectator sport is basketball.

I enjoy working with first time home buyers.  I specialize in selling homes that should have sold but didn't, bank foreclosed homes and bank short sales.  I pride myself on my creative advertising and ideas to market sellers' homes.
