Dear Steve,

Just wanted to say "Thanks" so much for working with me on selling my home in Banner, I know things were a little difficult because I am in Plano, TX which is 1,000 miles away and everything had to be handled through the phone and fax and mail, after having very bad experiences with two other realtors in the area, I was searching the web for another realtor and I saw your ad and thought lets try him. You worked very hard for me and had an offer on my property within 30 days of putting it on the market. One realtor had it for 6 months and only showed it 2 times in six months, which says a lot about Carousel Realtors that you work very hard on moving the properties you take on. I never thought we would finally be rid of this place and you did it. Thanks so much for all your help and hard work to get this taken care of for me and not even coming down on my asking price.

    7. Definently. What most impressed me was Steve's honesty in helping me to sell my home quickly and even more importantly, in helping me find the right house! While I could have made a bad choice and Steve's efforts would have ended, he advised me against a poor choice and continued to help me search for the best home I could afford.
